Built on Reliability and Hands-On Craftsmanship
Palm Haven was built to offer homeowners a better experience with a remodeling contractor in Cary, NC. Too many projects in this industry suffer from poor communication, rushed work, and inconsistent results. We started in 2016 to change that by focusing on accountability, detail, and steady project management from start to finish.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience, we understand what it takes to deliver work that lasts. Our background covers kitchen renovations, bathroom upgrades, basement remodeling, home addition construction, deck construction, patio construction, and finish carpentry. Every project is handled with a clear plan and a focus on how the space will be used every day.
We are a family-owned and veteran-owned business, and that shapes how we work. We show up when we say we will, communicate clearly, and stay focused on the details that matter. Our team is small and dedicated, which means you are not dealing with a revolving group of subcontractors. You get consistent workmanship and a team that takes responsibility for the entire project.
We serve residential homeowners in Cary, NC, and surrounding areas who want reliable remodeling services without the stress. Whether you are updating a kitchen, finishing a basement, or building an addition, we focus on creating spaces that improve how your home works and feels.

What Drives Our Work Every Day
Our Values
Reliability
Reliability is the foundation of how we operate. Homeowners in Cary, NC, often come to us after dealing with missed deadlines or unclear communication from other contractors. We take a different approach by setting clear expectations from the beginning and following through at every stage.
We show up on time, stay consistent with progress, and keep you informed throughout the project. Our goal is to remove uncertainty and keep your remodeling project moving forward without unnecessary delays. Every step is planned so you know what is happening and what comes next.
This focus on reliability helps build long-term relationships with homeowners who want a remodeling contractor they can count on for future projects.
Quality work is not just about how a project looks when it is finished. It is about how well it holds up over time. We focus on strong construction methods, proper material selection, and careful installation to ensure each project lasts.
From kitchen remodeling services to custom carpentry, we pay attention to the details that make a difference. Clean lines, proper alignment, and solid structure are part of every job we complete. We do not rush work, because cutting corners leads to problems later.
Our goal is to deliver results that look clean and perform well long after the project is complete.
Accountability means taking responsibility for the entire project. At Palm Haven, we manage each job from start to finish with a dedicated in-house team. This avoids the inconsistency that often comes with rotating subcontractors.
We stand behind our work and stay involved throughout the process. If something needs attention, we address it directly and keep the project on track. Clear communication and consistent follow-through are part of how we operate every day.
This approach gives homeowners in Cary, NC, confidence that their project is being handled by a team that takes ownership of the final result.
